Return & Exchange Policy – Easy & Hassle-Free with ComfyRight
At ComfyRight, we offer a 30-day Return & Exchange Policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. To be eligible under our Return & Exchange Policy, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at comfyright2023@gmail.com. Once your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Please send returns to the address provided in our instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will promptly assess the issue and resolve it under our Return & Exchange Policy.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new one after your return is accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without needing to provide a justification. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
